1 In 3 Young People Arrested Before Age 23

I'm not fixing to cop to my real age... Ladies don't do that. BUT, I can tell you I'm over the age of 23 and knock on wood, I've never been arrested. Not to say I haven't been close, but I've never actually been arrested or wore the silver bracelets. When I saw this study featured on the front page of MSN, I was shocked. According to a new study, 1 in 3 young people have been arrested who are under the age of 23 years old! The exact figure is a whopping 30%! The arrests are for everything from underage drinking and petty theft to violent crime which frankly, scares the absolute crap out of me. It is heartening to know that according to the survey's findings, most of these young people will not be arrested again. Do you think they've learned their lesson... or just got smarter?
