LSU police have arrested two Georgia men who were trying to sell phony tickets to Saturday's LSU football game against Florida. Fans who bought the tickets were denied access to Tiger Stadium and police were called in to check out the case.

30-year-old Kenny Lamar Redding and 29-year-old Christopher Harrison, both of Atlanta, were booked on two counts each of an offense against intellectual property.

Police say Harrison, who was identified by the victims as the man who sold them the counterfeit tickets, was also booked on two counts of theft.

Both men maintained their innocence when questioned by LSU police.

Harrison and Redding remain in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison Monday.
