6,000 Mile March Bringing Awareness Of The True Meaning Of Memorial Day

NBC News says After 31 days volunteers for the 6,000 Mile March bringing Awareness of the True Meaning of Memorial Day will meet in Dallas for Memorial Day. The event was organized by non-profit "Carry the Load," which started 31 days ago from Seattle as well as New York to raise money for veterans will be concluding in Dallas on Monday. Last year the event raised $2 Million and this year organizers hope to raise $2.5 Million.

Memorial Day is about remembering those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom but through the years like most holidays has lost it's true meaning. This group is dedicated to bringing it back! Many of the volunteers are walking 20 hour straight to reach Dallas!
