Is Kenan Thompson Leaving ‘SNL’?

Kenan Thompson will remain a part of the cast of "Saturday Night Live", at least through this season.

This is in response to an article in TMZ that reports that Thompson is leaving the late-night comedy show after eleven seasons. But a spokesperson for NBC says that there is no truth to the report, saying that it was " inaccurate as the season hasn't even started and cast decisions aren't made until the end of the season."

Thompson is known for his impressions of such celebrities as Al Roker, Al Sharpton and "The View"'s Whoopi Goldberg, and his original characters, including D'Andre Cole ("What's Up with That?")
