A 7-year-old British girl has Adele's music to thank for awakening her from a coma.

Charlotte Neve suffered a hemorrhage in April and slipped into unconsciousness, and doctors didn't give her much hope. That is, until Adele's song "Rolling in the Deep" played over the hospital's radio and her mother began singing along. Then, to the amazement of doctors and family members, Charlotte woke up.

"Charlotte started smiling, and I couldn't believe it," said Charlotte's mother, Leila. "It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the hemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing, and she smiled again. The nurses said it was like I unlocked her and from that day she started getting better and better."

Little Charlotte is now recovering at home, re-learning how to walk and talk.
