American Idol to Hold Live Auditions for Season 14 in New Orleans

The next winner of American Idol could be YOU! Warm up those vocal cords and head to New Orleans!

The American Idol cleaning crew just finished sweeping the confetti off the stage from Caleb Johnson's Season 13  win, and now the hunt is one for the next person to receive a confetti shower.

Season 14 auditions are just now getting underway with a session being held in New Orleans. Here's what you need to know:

WHO: Men and women 15-28 years old as of June 1, 2014, who are eligible to work in the U.S.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 25

WHERE: Lakefront Arena, University of New Orleans, 6801 Franklin Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70122

HOW: The line to audition opens at 6:00 a.m. Auditiners are not permitted to camp out. Wristbands and tickets are required for auditions. Distribution of wristbands and tickets will begin at approximately 7:00 a.m. and distribution will end at approximately 6:00 p.m.
