We had our annual Thanksgiving potluck today at work and OMG! There was a ton of food! Every decadent treat you could think of and then some more. Stuffed mushrooms, pastas, wienies, cakes, cookies, brownies, dips, chips and more! The good news is that I read an article just this morning that says on average, we only gain about a pound through out the Holiday season. And if you're thinking of trying to diet during the Holidays, experts say not to try. Even those dieting will gain a half a pound on average.
