"Two and a Half Men" star Angus T. Jones apologized to his colleagues about statements made during an interview where he called the show "filth".

Jones revealed that he is learning more about his Christian faith after being involved with his local church, which prompted him to question his work on the show. He later appeared in a video for the Forerunner Christian Church where he pleaded with viewers to stop watching the hit comedy.

Jones released a statement saying, " Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on 'Two and Half Men' with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family."

He went on to say, "I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that."
