There are conflicting reports on whether or not Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have decided to end their marriage. In Touch Weekly broke the news yesterday that they are separating after 13 years of marriage. Rumors surfaced that the split was caused by an affair between Jada and her co-star and recently single Scientology friend, Marc Anthony. But just as soon as the news got out, family members started denying any kind of marriage problems. Trey Smith, Will’s oldest child from his first marriage, went to Twitter to defend his family. He tweeted, ‘Will and Jada getting a divorce is not true at all. Retweet.’ Will and Jada also issued a statement saying, ‘Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.’ Radar Online is reporting that the couple has gotten their legal team involved to help squash the rumors. TMZ is reporting that they are having significant marriage problems but have not made the decision to separate just yet. They are saying that a separation is a definite possibility but they are planning a family trip as a last ditch effort to save their marriage. But Jada’s rep issued an interesting statement. She first stated that she hadn’t heard anything about the split, then later said that the Marc Anthony stories are false and she will not comment on a separation. That is definitely not a denial about a separation.

Will and Jada have two successful kids together. Jaden Smith is 13 and known for his role in The Karate Kid, and Willow is 10 and famous for her song ‘Whip My Hair’.
