Ashlee Simpson Files For Divorce

This just in from our good friends at MTV News! And here I was thinking everything was all sunshine and day dreams! And on a more serious note, what's up with the Simpson sisters and their lack of pre-nups?

Ashlee Simpson has filed for divorce from her husband Pete Wentz. The 26-year-old cited “irreconcilable differences” and is seeking joint legal custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx. Wentz, who is a former member of Fall Out Boy, and Simpson married back in 2008, and do not have a prenuptial agreement. TMZ has more.
