Star magazine is reporting that the marriage of Demi Moore and "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher is "officialy over". And, making matters worse, a 23-year-old woman is accusing Kutcher of cheating on Moore after a boys night out in San Diego Friday, which coincidentally was the couple's anniversary.

Sources say that the unidentified woman is in seclusion and has teamed up with a top Hollywood attorney.
