Beautiful Prom Held For Senior Citizens In Shreveport [GALLERY]

Last night, I had the privilege to a part of something truly beautiful.

Of course, I've DJ'd every type of event you can think of. Weddings, proms, night clubs, bar mitzvahs, mud-riding events, concerts, ect, but i've never DJ'd anything like this.

Last night, I played a prom, but this was no ordinary prom. This was an event that over the course of three hours, showed me exactly what life is all about.

Cedar Hills Senior Community held a prom for senior citizens in the ArkLaTex. They were invited to get all dressed up and let loose on the dance floor to the greatest hits of the 50's and 60's. Let me just say, they did not disappoint and you could tell it meant a lot to them to be able to dance to some of their favorite songs from when they were growing up.

This was truly one of my favorite events I've ever done, and I hope you take the time to look through this incredible gallery.
