Shreveport, Louisiana's rock band Black Water Bride will be at this year's Can-Am ATV Mudstock in Jacksonville, Texas.

Black Water Bride is scheduled to take the stage on the Highline Saturday night to open for Cody Cooke and Bayou Outlaws.

By mixing soulful, back-road country vocals with the slow style of NOLA hard rock along with melody and pop hooks, they are at the forefront of what is being called the "Black Water Music Style."

All of the members come from various backgrounds and musical direction.

Singer Brandon Gonyea and drummer Chad Morgan have toured the south with the southern rock band Ultraswade, while guitarist David Combs and bassist Scott Seyfried have played in the Shreveport rock staple Built For Speed.

We can't wait to hear how Black Water Bride sounds at Mudstock! You can check out the band's sound in the video below.
