BMX Legend Dave Mirra Found Dead in North Carolina

Tragedy has struck the extreme sports world in a bad way today as legendary BMX rider, Dave Mirra, was found dead in North Carolina.

The Greenville Police Department confirmed the terrible news earlier today on Facebook.

I can remember watching the X-Games as a kid on ESPN and thinking Dave Mirra was Superman. Then I'd go outside and try to do any type of trick imaginable on my bike. This is terrible news and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Mirra was just 41 years old and is survived by his wife and two children.

Remember Dave by watching him do what he did best!
