I'm in it for the chocolate hardwood floors. Wait, what do you mean it's not actually chocolate?

For some reason when I think of Jared Leto, I think of Willy Wonka. Not because he makes candy or has enlisted the help of Oompa Loompas, but simply because he is incredibly eccentric and brilliant. And he just bought a massive compound in Los Angeles so let's not rule out that candy making business just yet.

His now old and worn out home is currently on the market for $1.999 million.

Oh good. If it was $2 million, I would be out of luck, but this is a steal! According to Variety, he purchased the home in March 2006 for $1.65 million. The specs on the "mini-estate" include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two master suites promising big closets and slate-tiled bathrooms. Oh, and my favorite part, "chocolate brown hardwoods" throughout the entertaining spaces. The home even comes with a recording studio (watch out, Adele, I'm coming for you!). Outside you'll enjoy a tropical backyard, swimming pool, spa, built-in fire pit and grilling station and more.

It's a beautiful, modern home, but in all honesty I'm trying to justify the almost $2 million price tag. Oh wait... Jared Leto used to live in it. If those walls could talk.

Check out photos of the property here.
