Britney Settles Harrassment Suit

Britney Spears has settled an ongoing legal battle with an ex-bodyguard.

The bodyguard, Fernando Flores, claimed that Spears was a "sex-crazed maniac" who tried to seduce him by, among other things, flashing him.

TMZ.com reports that the matter was taken to a private mediator and is now closed. The settlement's terms are confidential.
