Brooke Mueller’s Weekend In Jail

December in Aspen just isn’t a good mix for Brooke Mueller. That’s where all the drama went down between her and Charlie Sheen on Christmas day in 2009 when he assaulted her and held a knife to her throat. Then over the weekend, Brooke found herself in trouble again in Aspen, but this time she had to turn to Charlie for help. She was arrested Friday night for assault and possession of cocaine. She allegedly assaulted a woman at club Belly Up but then took off. The cops later found her at a different club. It’s not clear how they found the cocaine but they probably discovered it during the arrest or questioning. Brooke was charged with 3^rd degree misdemeanor assault and a felony for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. Her parents refused to bail her out again, so Charlie paid her $11,000 bond. She is due back in court on the 19^th.
