We've all been invited to those meetings where you can make money from home by selling amazing products to your friends. And while some of them really are pretty awesome, people argue are they amazing business opportunities or a pyramid scheme.

I worked for a B2B Marketing Company in college aka door to door salesman where while you sale things on your own the main way to make money was to train people to work under you and make a percentage off their sales. This practice has been done for years and years in many different forms.

Last weekend John Oliver did a special where he talked against this form of business and angered many people. These businesses have allowed people of all types to make extra money on the side and in some instances work from home. What are your thoughts?
