Actress Amanda Bynes' driver's license has been suspended due to a series of driving mishaps, according to the California Department of Motor Vehicles. The Los Angeles city attorney charged Bynes with two separate hit-and-run incidents Tuesday, one occuring April 10 and the other on Aug. 4. In the latter incident, a motorist claims that Bynes rear-ended her Toyota on a Los Angeles street, according to sources at the LAPD. She says that Bynes stopped just briefly, declared there was no damage and left the scene.

Investigators later claimed that the other driver's car had about $800 in damage, and that Bynes did not contact police or provide insurance information as required by law.

The actress still faces a charge of drunk driving after hitting a police cruiser in West Hollywood on April 6.
