Caddo Teacher Is Teaching With Rap Music (Videos)

Ok let's be honest most kids favorite class isn't Biology and with the huge amount of memorization involved it can be a very hard class to take. Instead of simply assigning more homework or pop quizzes like my biology teacher did Kristin Chavis is a 9th-grade biology teacher at Green Oaks High School in Shreveport is using rap music to teach her students.

Ms Chavis says she's seen a huge improvement in her students ever since teaching them the songs. Personally I love this because not every student can learn from reading a book or taking notes. Ms Chavis told KSLA that she creates her own beats and writes her own lyrics which she posts on her YouTube channel.
