Lyle denies the whole incident ever happened with his lawyer saying "The whole case was based upon some minor touching that my client denied even occurred."

The little girl is now 7 years old and in counseling which she's expected to need for the rest of her life while Lyle Burgess will serve 90 days of house arrest, 5 years of probation and will not have to register as a sex offender.
