Cardi B had some time today (Oct. 17), taking to Instagram to get a couple of things off her chest, including shutting down the rumor that she will be dissing Nicki Minaj in her next single.

In her post, which has since been deleted by the Invasion of Privacy rapper, she shares a screenshotted conversation between a reporter, saved in the phone’s contacts as "Charlie (TMZ)," and an unknown recipient (likely her or a member of her team), during which the reporter gives a “heads up” about how they are running a story about Cardi’s upcoming Minaj diss track. However, the representative for Cardi spoke on her behalf, explaining that the story would inherently be false because such a diss track does not exist. Instead, the source clarified the Bronx rapper’s next single will be about money (and is aptly named, “Money.”)

“Dear TMZ. You see you really pressed my button a couple of weeks ago when ya had photographers literally stalk me and my daughter when i clearly said repeatedly i don’t want to show my daughter,” Cardi B writes in the since-deleted post. “With fame comes crazy people, stalkers and phychopaths so i want to protect my child till I’m ready to show her to the world but NO integrity don’t matter to ya [sic].”

"Then ya constantly got me in ya blog spreading fake shit about me without doing ya research and even when we tell ya is not true ya still push it," she continues. ”Ya motherfuckers need to get off my dick and start reporting about them actresses ya used to report about cause I’m not the one to fuck with THANK YOU!! Btw in REAL news my single “Money” drops OCTOBER 26!!"

While the beef between Cardi B and Minaj has begun to slowly fizzle out from dominating headlines following their blow-out during NYFW, Cardi B has been keeping busy with award show performances, joking-but-maybe-not-joking about having baby fever and dominating the charts with her collaborative single “Girls Like You” with Maroon 5 sitting at the No. 1 slot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the fourth week in a row.
