For most of my life I've never had confidence when it comes to my body. Recently I felt I was really getting down about myself so I knew I needed to do something. First I went on the KETO diet and lost almost 20lbs which I recommend for anyone looking for an easy diet to stick to. However I missed Sushi, Pizza and all my carbs so I knew it wasn't going to be long term.  I've never been able to stick to working out besides when I was playing sports but I knew other than a diet that working out was my only option.

That's when I found CrossFit Sage and for the first time ever I actually loved exercising... Besides the day after leg day! CrossFit was intimidating because of it's reputation being so intense but Taylor and Mark at CFS make it easy for anyone to better them self.  I now go 3 nights a week and honestly might change that to 5 times a week very soon.

Being that this has become a part of my life I wanted to share it with my closest friend and show them what I've been up too. Check out the video below of the Morning Madhouse doing CrossFit..
