That was fast! Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are officially divorced! Plus, Charlie Sheen heads to rehab... Find all that and more in today's Showbiz Top 5!

5. That was fast! Just two and a half months after the papers were filed, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are officially divorced. No wishy-washy, back-and-forth, "Should we? Shouldn't we?" Eva filed her divorce papers in LA. Two days later, Tony filed his divorce papers in San Antonio. Eva asked for the divorce petition to be dismissed in LA. And on Friday, Tony's lawyers were in a San Antonio courthouse with all the papers to end their 3-year marriage.

4. The SAG awards were last night, and, just like at the Golden Globes, walking away with big wins were Natalie Portman for "Black Swan" and Colin Firth for "The King's Speech." Since these are all acting awards, they don't give out "Best Movie," but the cast of "The King's Speech" won for best movie ensemble, which basically means the same thing. For the first time ever, 89-year-old Betty White won a SAG award for her role on "Hot in Cleveland." Alec Baldwin took his fifth SAG award as the best leading actor for "30 Rock." "Modern Family" won best comedy ensemble cast and "Boardwalk Empire" won for leading actor -- Steve Buscemi -- and for its ensemble cast.

3. Chris Brown is asking for his restraining order to be lifted. It's been two years since he beat up Rihanna and was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her. But this is going to be REAL problematic for the Grammy Awards on Feb. 13. Rihanna is nominated for six and Chris got three nominations. It's going to be next to impossible to make sure Chris stays 300 feet away from her during the entire red carpet and awards ceremony. Chris's legal team is confident the judge will grant this request because Chris has met all the terms of his probation so far and has been a model citizen.

2. After 3 months of treatment for undisclosed "emotional and physical issues," Demi Lovato has checked out of rehab at a Chicago-area facility on Friday and is back home in LA. Sources say that for now, Demi wants to focus on her regular routine and spend some time with her family and friends. There's no word on when she'll report back to work on "Sonny With a Chance." Also checking out of rehab yesterday was David Arquette. He checked himself on January 2 because he was having some issues with the devil water. He's so committed to his sobriety that he's dissolved his partnership with Jeff Beacher and Beacher's Madhouse, which provided too many booze-it-up opportunities.

1. Charlie Sheen has checked himself into rehab and that means production of "Two and a Half Men" has come to a screeching halt. When Charlie went to rehab last February, the crew was only "partially compensated," so the 300 people who work with the show are grumbling because they're thinking they're going to have to deal with this "partial compensation" crap all over again. The studio hasn't made a decision on that one yet. But still, the crew knows that without Charlie, the show doesn't go on, period. So they wish him the best and hope he gets well... soon!
