Chef Konstantin Gives Us All Something To Be Thankful For!

This past Wednesday, the entire building was treated to a delicious gourmet Thanksgiving lunch provided by Boomtown Casino's Executive Chef Konstantin Plavnik.  To say the food was amazing would be an insult to Chef Konstantin.  There are no words strong enough in the English language for how stellar the food really was.  Maybe that's because Chef Konstantin did not learn to cook in English.  Chef K is a native of Russia, he and his family immigrated to the United States when he was just nine years old. He learned the basics of cooking from his grandmother, even using some of her recipes to this day.

I got the chance to hang out with the culinary master himself a few minutes before chow time.  He's a very interesting guy, and his crew works like a well-oiled machine.  Your dining pleasure is their business.  Head down to Boomtown Casino if you want to step into this guys ring.  Be warned though - he's the Ali of food.
