Chick-Fil-A Offering Free Ice Cream With an Awesome Twist

As if you needed another reason to love Chick-Fil-A. According to CNBC, the popular national chain will be giving out free ice cream to families!

BUT, there's a catch.

In order to receive your free ice cream, no one at the table is allowed to touch their cell phone!!

If you listen closely, you can hear the screams and cries of teenagers all over the ArkLaTex.

This experiment was created by a Chick-Fil-A operator named Brad Williams and will be available in 150 locations nationwide. No word yet on if any Shreveport-Bossier locations are on the list.

Here's what Brad had to say about the promotion:

"We really want our restaurant to provide a sense of community for our customers, where family and friends can come together and share quality time with one another."
