Chris Brown Skates Again!

Singer Chris Brown caught another lucky break...95 out of 117 parking tickets accrued by the singer have been dismissed.

According to his lawyer Mark Geragos, Brown had racked up a mind-boggling $15,000 in traffic citations for parking in what looked like handicapped spaces in the lot of his L.A. condo.

But it turns out the parking spaces were assigned to Brown's apartment all along, and no wrongdoing was committed. But according to West Hollywood city sources, he still has to answer to 22 citations for other parking violations.
