Chris Kelly, one-half of the popular '90s rap duo Kris Kross, was found dead of an apparent drug overdose, according to the Associated Press.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that the 34-year-old Kelly was found unresponsive at his Atlanta home Wednesday. He was pronounced dead at Atlanta Medical Center.

Kelly, otherwise known as "Mac Daddy," along with partner Chris Smith (AKA "Daddy Mac") scored a No. 1 hit in 1992 with "Jump" when they were both just 13 years old. Their trademarks were energetic, rapid-fire rapping skills and wearing their clothes backwards -- the latter briefly becoming a teenage fashion trend.

The duo attempted several follow-ups to their multi-platinum album "Totally Crossed Out," but none came close to matching its success.
