Community Renewal and YoPro to Host Lunch at Allendale Friendship House Wednesday

Join YoPro as they have lunch with the members of the Allendale Friendship House.

Community Renewal International and Young Professionals of Shreveport are teaming up again for another event. Join them for a lunch at Allendale's Friendship House. Not only will you get to spend time with those who are staying at the Friendship House, but you'll also hear from Ro White. Ro is a longtime CRI volunteer and Adult Renewal Academy (ARA) Life Skills Overseer. She'll be discussing the importance of ARA's efforts to Community Renewal's mission, in addition to the impact that it's had on Shreveport-Bossier.

Lunch will be served at noon on Wednesday, April 13, and will wrap up at 1 p.m. It's the perfect getaway from the office and an opportunity to meet some great people.

If you'd like to get involved with YoPro, you are more than welcome to volunteer your time or even make a donation to their efforts. To become a member and take advantage of lunches like this, you'll need to pay the member fee of $50. That's it. Just $50 for the entire year. You can bring your membership fees to the lunch of pay your dues online. Make checks payable to "Community Renewal" and write "YoPro" in the memo.
