Justin Bieber has found himself in the midst of a controversial storm. However, every storm has a rainbow, no matter how faint its colors may seem.

It's been four years since the Biebs released the music video for his song "Baby." Well, that video has now been certified for more than one billion views on VEVO. It has officially become VEVO's most-watched music video.

In order to be certified on VEVO, one must be viewed 100 million times. Bieber broke that number quite some time ago and he is now the youngest artist to ever have a video that is 10X VEVO certified, thus breaking the one billion mark.

Bieber turns 20 on March 1.
