When I win the lottery...

25-year-old Marina Shifrin is a writer who previously worked for Taiwanese animation studio Next Media Animation. On Saturday, she posted this video on YouTube to pass along a simple message to her bosses: "I QUIT THIS B***H!"

"For almost two years I've sacrificed my relationships, time and energy for this job," Shifrin explains. "And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I'd make ONE video of my own."

She decided to make the video after her complaints about her constantly changing schedule and responsibilities plus having to go without lunch breaks went unanswered by her managers.

"I understood that it was a risk, but I never named the company or my boss and I mean, have you seen my dancing? How can anyone take that seriously," said Shifrin.

She says she plans to move back to the United States and pursue a job with a company that values its employees and their creativity. Until then, fight the power, Marina!
