It does, however, cause national gut-laughing because this video is hilarious.

Apparently some not-so-limber cop attempted to climb out of his car through the window for whatever reason. His quick thinking quickly got him stuck in a compromising position. Stuck with half of his body hanging out of the parked squad car.
