Say what you will about Dez Bryant, but no one can deny his intesity. That can be a good thing some days... Other days, not so much.

Yesterday, Dez and his Cowboys held a joint practice with the St. Louis Rams. By all accounts, the Cowboys receivers were dismantling the Rams secondary, and Bryant was letting them have it. Of course, Bryant was more like a coach than a player yesterday, as he sat out of practice while nursing a hamstring injury.

Nevertheless, Dez and the Rams secondary traded verbal shots all afternoon.

During team drills, things hit a breaking point. The two teams absolutely went at it, causing a massive brawl.

Here's that footage.

Also, here's a video showing Dez get absolutely demolished by a Rams player.

Interesting tidbit courtesy of my friend Patrick Netherton, the player who punched Dez is none other than Imoan Claiborne, who played cornerback for Northwestern State.
