Disabled Woman Sues Johnny Depp

An unidentified woman has filed a lawsuit against actor Johnny Depp alleging that his bodyguards assaulted at an Iggy Pop concert last year.

In papres obtained by ET, the woman, who is disabled, claims that she was trying to her seat in the V.I.P. section of the show when Depp's bodyguards restrained her unprovoked, pried a cell phone from her hands and dragged her away in handcuffs, during which time her pants fell off.

The filings say that the altercation aggravated the woman's pre-existing spondyloarthritis and fibromyalgia, which affects her joints and back. She also says she sustained a dislocated elbow, along with several cuts and bruises.

There is no word on the amount of damages the plaintiff is seeking.
