The Los Angeles County Coroner’s investigator took the stand yesterday in Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson. Elissa Fleck admitted that she made several mistakes in her investigation. She normally destroys all of the investigation notes but she forgot to get rid of the ones from the second trip to Michael’s house. She also admits that she picked up a pill bottle before taking photographs of it and left a partial fingerprint on a syringe found in the room because she forgot to wear gloves.

But the big news yesterday that was finally revealed in the trial is that Michael’s fingerprints were not on the vial of propofol or any of the other medical evidence that was collected from his bedroom. Dr. Murray’s prints were on the propofol vial that was next to Michael’s bed.
