Dr. Dre's name is going to be all over the place at the Michigan Supreme Court today... Why? Because he's on the docket.
According to MSN Music, apparently, what had happened was, there we some folks back stage at a show way back in 2000 when they decided to play a sexually explicit video. The cop on hand, who is now a Detroit councilman, was filmed warning them they would turn the power off if they showed the video. The "conflict" was taped and later used in the Up in Smoke DVD featuring Dre, Em' and others...

The cop, now councilman says his privacy was violated. Dre's lawyer is arguing there's no privacy when you're on the job as a policeman. What do you think?
