The year 2017 is here. It almost doesn't even sound right. With drunken shenanigans taking place all over the country last night (Dec. 31), people flocked to clubs and gathering spots to help put a foot in the behind of 2016. Rappers did the same, with artists like Drake, French Montana, Nicki Minaj and others turning up at paid gigs.

Drizzy spent New Year's in Sin City, headlining at Las Vegas' Hakkasan nightclub. TMZ captured footage of the 6 God toasting with the crowd. "This is for each and every one of you," he started. "I wish you more blessings. I wish you more love. I wish you more health. I wish you more wealth. And most importantly, I wish you more life for 2017 as well," he added, before taking a swig and rolling into a performance of "Energy."

Also in Vegas, were Diddy, French Montana and DJ Khaled, who all three performed at Tao (below).

Nicki Minaj hit South Beach and performed in place of Jennifer Lopez at E11even Club’s New Year’s Eve party.

Iggy Azalea brought in 2017 in chill mode, and in high spirits. Taking to Instagram, she posted a selfie along with the caption, "So glad 2017 is finally here, I look forward to releasing my album, working with new and interesting people & I hope this new year on earth just generally has a better vibe than the last... I'm ready for new energy."
