Drake has always had a soft spot for the women near and dear to him. It seems he's pretty fond of the women who pushed him to further educate himself, too.

Yesterday (Oct. 22), it appears his high school teacher caught wind that Drake has beaten The Beatles record for most Hot 100 Top 10 singles in a single calendar year, and reached out to him. "Mia," his collaborative effort with Bad Bunny, debuted at No.5 on the chart for the week of Oct. 27, making it his 12th top 10 of 2018.

While at least half of the 252 text messages he has in his inbox are congratulating him on the record-breaking feat, one Drizzy took the time to reply to was from his favorite high school teacher. The instructor sent him a screenshot of the news piece and wrote "WOW!!!! That's pretty incredible! I often wonder what your 16/17 [year-old] self would thing. Pretty awesome! Congrats!"

Jokingly, Drake says the 16-year-old version of himself would have only been concerned with his failing grades. "I don't think my 16 or 17 year old self could comprehend I would just want a Nestea and to figure out how to turn my 61% into a 73% ASAP," he wrote.

"My favorite teacher in high school still texts me as if I am coming to class this week and I love her for that," he captioned the screenshot.

The "Sicko Mode" rapper's birthday is tomorrow (Oct. 24), but with the year he's had, it's almost as if everyday is his personal holiday. Besides being the most streamed artist in Spotify history, the 6ix God was just given the Hot Ticket Performer award at the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards, which is no doubt due to his energetic performances on the Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour.
