Drake and OVO Chubbs Launch Pick 6ix Restaurant in Toronto

Actor, platinum-selling rapper, Grammy-winning artist and now restaurateur, what can't Drake do?

According to an Instagram post from the 6 God himself, Drake and longtime affiliate OVO Chubbs have opened a new restaurant together called Pick 6ix. "So proud of you and proud to be in business with you!!!" Drake wrote on IG. "My brother @chubbsview congratulations on our new stunning venture @pick6ixto I hope the entire city gets a chance to enjoy this beautiful establishment," he continued.

Canada's CTV News reports that while the restaurant isn't officially open yet, Drizzy did hold a pre-opening party on Tuesday (Jan. 9) for NBA star Dwyane Wade's birthday. The party was thrown by LeBron James.

Located on the southern stretch of Yonge Street in Toronto, Canada, Pick 6ix is just steps away from the Air Canada Centre, home of the Toronto Raptors. The restaurant is gearing up for its grand opening but does not have a date set yet.

In related Drizzy news, along with a new restaurant, the rapper's pockets may be getting a little fatter after winning a bet with Quavo. Following the 2018 College Football National Championship between the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia, Drake told the rapper he needed his money.

"Quavo, I need all my chips with the Huncho Jack dip, my boy," Drizzy said in a video posted on social media. In a separate clip, the More Life rapper can be seen on the on phone with Quavo, using the rapper's catchphrase, "That way."
