Driving Down Youree Drive 22 Years Ago

In the year 1990, George Bush Sr was president, the nation of Iraq invaded Kuwait, and the World Wide Web was born. And Youree Drive between Bert Kouns and 70th street had 2 shopping centers. Eastgate and Portico. Here's a video someone un-earthed showing them drive that stretch of road.

I try explaining this to my friends who've moved here since 1996. That was all cotton fields when I was a kid and every time I see something new being built I feel that much more removed from my childhood.
