Hope you’ve got some cash saved up…the house in Detroit where a young Marshall Mathers (aka Eminem) spent his childhood is up for auction.

The Detroit News reports that the 747-square-foot single-family house is on the northeast side and is listed on a state website.

According to public records, the home was listed as the address of Emnem’s mom Deborah Mathers, from 1989 to 2003.

A former owner of the home previously listed the home on eBay for $500,000 according to the paper, but got no bids. It later sold for $24,650 in 2007.

No price has been given for the home.
