Texting and driving is a national issue that affects us locally. Texting and driving is at the root of an alarming increase in accidents and fatalities. In the United States, automobile accidents are the number one killer of teens; and texting and driving makes you 23 times more likely to be involved in a crash. Losing one child is too much.

K945 is doing something about it. Friday, August 19th, K945 with Metro PCS, Fox 33 and Landers Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram are bringing Practice Safe Text back to Fairgrounds Field with the Shreveport Bossier Captains… and this time we’ll have Andy Grammer and Manika!!!
