Explosion At Camp Minden

There’s been an explosion at Camp Minden in Webster Parish. Erin McCarty has this update from Webster Parish:

Bossier Parish Homeland Security Director Sammy Halphen says 1,000 pounds of black powder at GOEX exploded. 5 employees were in the building when the incident occurred. One person was hurt, though the injury is not believed to be life threatening. That person was taken to to Minden Medical Center.
