Chef Keith Guehrke is the author of "Leftovers Right: Making a Winner of Last Night's Dinner", and over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays he made the rounds of several local TV talk shows around the Midwest demonstrating some rather unorthodox recipes. Doesn't seem like much until you consider one thing...

Keith Guehrke is not real!

He's actually Nick Prueher, who along with Joe Pickett, created the character. They founded the Found Footage Festival, which is responsible for unleashing Jack "Winnebago Man" Rebney on the world.

Prueher made the rounds of talk shows in Milwaukee, Rhinelander and Wausau, WI and two shows in Rockford, IL over the holidays, and somehow convinced the anchors to sample such noxious creations as a gravy ice cream cone with corn used as sprinkles and a cranberry cherry on top, and smoothies made of ham and green beans with gravy and pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream. (Yum!)

Prueher and Pickett told Deadspin that "the reporters and anchors couldn't have nicer". Wonder how they feel now...
