So recently we've all seen the stories about the fake "Share to Win Mark Zuckerburgs Money" or "Share this status to protect your rights" being passed around on the internet. And of course with this election cycle you've heard the term "Biased Media" no matter which side of the political aisle you side with.

Well I'm sad to break it to you but more is fake about the world around you than you thought. Lets take reality shows for example. Lizard Lick Towing on TruTV had an episode where the guys went to tow a tattoo parlors car and ended up getting into a huge brawl where one of the stars were bloodied from the fight. This tattoo shop was next to the bar I worked at in college and the Lizard Lick Towing guys were always in the bar drinking with the tattoo artists before getting their tattoos done next door. So if that shows fake what other reality shows are? The answer might surprise you...

Now reality shows being fake is one thing because at the end of the day what harm are they causing. For example, yes Duck Dynasty might stage their scenes but they're sending out great messages and I'm sure everyone on the show are still amazing people with amazing hearts and would be a blast to hang out with.

But what about all those videos we see on social media that "expose the truth" of the world around us. Many have shared the videos of Joey Salads, a youtube blogger, who sets up "real life scenarios" such as the "All Lives Matter vs Black Lives Matter". With the political world on edge already could videos like this be helping or hurting us all by sharing? Just that one video has over 5 Million views on YouTube and even more on Facebook with some pretty horrible comments.

Now what if I told you this video like many others are fake and designed to turn us against each other for the sake of shares and views? While reality shows of the past like Duck Dynasty were designed to make us smile and feel better about the world, social media is using hate and fear to make profit.

How do I know these videos are fake? Joey did another video called "Trump Car DESTROYED In Black Neighborhood" which shows a car with Trump stickers being torn apart after sitting unwatched for only 15mins in a "black neighborhood". Luckily someone was watching on Snapchat and discovered that the men smashing the car were actors hired by Joey for the video!

It's the sad truth that not everything you see on the internet or TV is true! Be carful with the messages that you're sharing on social media because it's better to love and be apart of the change than to hate and be apart of the downfall of society!
