Fan Accuses Chris Brown Of Theft

Miami police are investigating a complaint from a fan who accused singer Chris Brown of stealing her iPhone when she tried to take a picture of him outside a nightclub.

24-year-old Christal Shenae Spann told police that she and her friends spotted Brown and rapper Tyga leaving the Cameo Club last weekend. She claims she wanted to take a picture of Brown sitting in a black Bentley when when he grabbed her phone and said "... you ain't going to put that on no website," before driving off.

No charges have been filed.
