It's the final push and you can donate online or at the Bossier City Farmer's Market.

Children's Miracle Network is committed to helping kids... our kids, right here in the SBC. They believe every child should receive the treatments they need even without insurance or health care. No child is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.

And they work on a local level. Which means anything we raise here in Shreveport-Bossier, stays in Shreveport-Bossier.

This month, countless people have taken the Miracle Challenge. We committed to 27 days of getting fit and helping our local kids. Myself included. While we worked out under the advice of a celebrity trainer, we also committed to raising at least $10 a day. I upped the ante and committed to raising $300 over the 27-day period.

With five days left in the challenge, I have some ground to make up.

I'm still about $100 short of my goal. You can help by donating to my page. When you do you will be entered to win LSU football tickets for their game against Florida on October 17.

In addition, you can donate at the Bossier City Farmer's Market on Saturday. Just stop by Man Made Soap. When you purchase Zombie Repellent or Angel Wings, $1 will be donated to Children's Miracle Network.

The Miracle Challenge is here! Radio Jess at K945 is participating and here's your chance to help. While she's sweating...
