    They Were All Roommates

My Crazy Girlfriend is made up of four roommates and best friends; Myah Marie, Bennett Armstrong, Justyn Armstrong, and Cosmo. The four moved in together in a Hollywood apartment. They were all trying to launch music careers separately, but would help each other out on their music. After not finding success and being evicted, the four decided to combine their musical powers into one phenomenal group.

    Cosmo Comes from Rap Roots

Cosmo's father was a writer and rapper in Seattle so she spent much of her childhood in the studio. She distinctly remembers when her father was recording with Sir Mix-A-Lot. Once she was 18, she took off for Hollywood to work on dance music.
