Get Your Grub On And Shake Your Money Maker At The Natchitoches-NSU Folk Festival

The Natchitoches-NSU Folk Festival is coming up July 20-21, 2012 at Prather Coliseum on the NSU campus in Natchitoches. The festival will host a Gumbo Cookoff on Friday, July 20th. The festival will celebrate Louisiana’s music as well as showcase Louisiana foods and crafts. The Natchitoches-NSU Folk Festival is a non-profit organization and the event is self-funded through generous grants and donations.
