Details surrounding the funeral of former "Bachelor" contestant Gia Allemand have just been made public.

Services will be held in New York, with a public visitation Wednesday Aug. 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Papavero Funeral Home in Maspeth, N.Y., followed by the funeral Thursday  at Trinity Grace Church in New York City at 11 a.m.

The 29-year-old was found unconscious Monday night by her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, after hanging herself in her New Orleans home. She died Wednesday after being taken off life support.
